The authentic, old-fashioned, soft macaroon, made according to the ancestral recipe served at the tables of the Counts of the Provence and Languedoc regions, since the early Middle Ages. It is composed of 2 biscuits stuck together straight out of the oven, without cream or ganache..

Conservation Tips :

• Our macaroons are packaged in a protective atmosphere with a 5-month expiry date. Store in a cool and dry place after opening.
• Macaroons keep perfectly in the freezer. Remove from freezer 1 hour before consuming.
