Maison Roux loyalty program

Maison Roux offers a sponsorship and loyalty program exclusively reserved for purchases on the maison-roux.fr website.

To benefit from the loyalty program, it is necessary to create a customer account.

Each customer has automatically a portfolio attached to his customer account.

Sponsorship

A client can sponsor one or more people of his choice. The sponsor and the sponsored person each acquire 3 € in the wallet on the condition that :

- The sponsored person creates an account and makes a first order of more than 20 € including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

- The sponsored person must enter the nickname of his sponsor.

The euros acquired must be consumed in vouchers within 60 days from the date of acquisition. Beyond this period, the euros will be lost.

The rules for acquiring euros in the portfolio:

- For the products in the category "Our Organic Macaroons": 20% loyalty.

- For all other products: 10% loyalty.

The acquired euros must be consumed in vouchers within 60 days from the date of acquisition. Beyond this period, the euros will be lost.

Rules for triggering a voucher:

- Have a minimum of €10 in your wallet.

- Have a shopping cart equal to or greater than 50 € including tax.

The use of a voucher is valid for an order excluding shipping costs.
